1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Nexus Cargo Express (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Nexus Cargo Express provides freight and logistics services including but not limited to truck freight, ocean freight, air freight, and rail freight transportation. Our services include shipment tracking, quote generation, shipping label creation, and related logistics support.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.
• You are responsible for ensuring that shipments comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not ship prohibited or restricted items as defined by applicable law and our prohibited items policy.
• You are responsible for proper packaging of all shipments.
• You must pay all applicable fees and charges in a timely manner.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment through Nexus Cargo Express services:

• Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition without proper licensing
• Counterfeit goods or intellectual property violations
• Hazardous materials without proper declaration and packaging
• Live animals without prior authorization
• Items sanctioned by applicable government authorities

5. Liability Limitations

Nexus Cargo Express’s liability for loss, damage, or delay of shipments is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the applicable carrier liability limits, whichever is lower. We strongly recommend purchasing additional cargo insurance for high-value shipments.

6. Payment Terms

All services are subject to applicable fees as quoted at the time of booking. Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in New York, NY.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
